Vicam is the Capital of the Yaqui nation, one of the biggest native communities in Mexico, they take from north of Sinaloa state to Arizona. They have been living in small communities all around their rivers. The biggest is the Yaqui river. This water course has been deviated to bring water to the big city of Hermosillo, where one million people lives. The big city has enough water for the inhabitants, but they need more to aliment factories and private residencies.
